A fun packed half term included many trips, including an urban farm, the Royal Armouries, foot golf and cricket lessons!

We are writing to raise awareness about the responsible use of social media and what’s-app groups, particularly in relation to members of the school community. As social media and communication apps continue to play a significant role in daily life, it is important that all adults—parents, carers, and extended family—use these platforms thoughtfully and respectfully.

We hope you all had a restful and enjoyable break. It is a pleasure to welcome our young people, families, and staff back to school as we begin what is always a vibrant and rewarding term. The summer term brings with it a sense of energy and opportunity.

As we approach the Easter holidays, we would like to take a moment to thank all our parents and carers for their continued support this term.

As the half term break approaches, we are pleased with the continued difference we make to the lives of our young people.

We hope you all have a lovely Christmas and New year! Our young people have settled back into school fantastically, next week we will start our move across to Moorfield House.

The Unite union has called their members working on the council’s Passenger Transport services on strike action this Friday (9 January).
